Abstract
⺠We developed a spectrophotometric lysine-containing peptide reactivity assay. ⺠Fluorescamine was used as a detecting reagent for free amine group of lysine. ⺠We also executed the spectrophotometric cysteine-containing peptide reactivity assay. ⺠The combination of two methods resulted in a higher predictability of sensitizers. ⺠With further improvements, this method can be used as an alternative test method.
