Abstract
⺠Sulforaphane (SF) is cytotoxic in colon cancer cells HCT-116 p53KO. ⺠Sulforaphane induces mitochondrial caspase-dependent apoptosis. ⺠SF activates JNK and induces lysosomal membrane permeabilization. ⺠SF induces changes in the expression of Bax and Bcl and activates Bid.
