Abstract
⺠Luteolin induced apoptosis on A549 cells through a mitochondria-dependent apoptosis passway. ⺠Luteolin induced apoptosis via both IκBα/NF-κB signal passway and JNK passway. ⺠Luteolin could inhibit TNFα induced NF-κB translocation on A549 cells. ⺠Luteolin caused G2 phase cell cycle arrest on A549 by inhibition the expression of cyclin A and phosphorylation of CDC2.
