Abstract
⺠T-2 Toxin enhanced catabolic gene expression in hypertrophic chondrocytes. ⺠HIF-2α was a crucial mediator in T-2 toxin treatment. ⺠T-2 Toxin induced the degradation of IκB-α and the production of ROS. ⺠We confirmed that ROS-NF-κB-HIF-2α pathway participated in the process.
