Abstract
⺠The predictive capacity of h-CLAT for potency categorization was examined. ⺠Correspondence between LLNA EC3 and several indicators in h-CLAT was compared. ⺠The minimum induction threshold (MIT) of h-CLAT was correlated to LLNA EC3. ⺠The MIT was expected to discriminate strong sensitizer and weak sensitizer.
