Abstract
⺠This study shows comparative in vitro cytotoxicity of silver nanoparticles on skin and cervical cancerous cell lines. ⺠Different end points were studied to deduce the mechanism of its cytotoxicity. ⺠Both the cell lines show different level of sensitivity to the silver nanoparticle. ⺠The difference in the sensitivity can be due to the difference in their natural antioxidant levels.
