Abstract
												⺠We use human embryonic stem cell-derived cardiomyocyte clusters (hES-CMCs). ⺠Responsiveness of hES-CMCs to hERG blockers differed widely. ⺠hES-CMCs are selected according to responsiveness to cisapride, a hERG blocker. ⺠Selected hES-CMCc are validated by responsiveness to several reference compounds. ⺠We establish robust QT evaluation system by pharmacological selection of hES-CMCs.
