Abstract
The hypersensitivity pneumonitis induced by isocyanates is a rare disease, potentially grave. The diagnosis is based on a clinical arguments (the notion of exposure to isocyanates) and paraclinical arguments (bilateral ground gloss in the thoracic computed tomography, and lymphocytic alveolitis in the bronchoalveolar lavage). Once they are diagnosed, an eviction must be complete to ovoid the recurrence. We report a case of a patient who presented an hypersensitivity pneumonitis induced by isocyanates with good clinical and radiological evolution after traitement by oral corticosteroids and cessation of exposure.
