Abstract
⺠This study assessed 33 patients with wrist fracture and their age-matched controls. ⺠Local topological analysis was applied to the trabecular bone at the distal radius. ⺠Local topological analysis is feasible on HR-pQCT images at 82 μm resolution. ⺠The rod/plate ratio illustrates the conversion from plates to rods during bone loss. ⺠Topological parameters are associated with wrist fractures.
