Abstract
⺠Mean bone calcium concentration (CaMEAN) is elevated in adults with type 2 diabetes. ⺠Mineralization heterogeneity (CaWIDTH) is lower in adults with type 2 diabetes. ⺠Bone quality differences may explain higher fracture risk in type 2 diabetes.
