Abstract
► We found that dose-dependent differential effects of minodronate on cortical bone response to mechanical loading. ► Bone formation response was not suppressed low and middle dose of minodronate. ► Bone formation response was suppressed at high doses of minodronate. ► Minodronate did not reduce the cortical bone response to mechanical loading at the optimal dose for osteoporosis treatment
