Abstract
⺠We describe a method to select normalized volumes of interest in MicroCT scans. ⺠We describe how to render normalized cross-sections for comparison between scans. ⺠We show how to measure bone volumes of the selected VOIs. ⺠We show that we can quantify biologically relevant differences with this method. ⺠We show how this method compares to radiographic analysis.
