Abstract
⺠Hybrid BMP-2 delivery system consisting of nanofibrous mesh and alginate hydrogel. ⺠Compared efficacy of hybrid system to collagen sponge in repairing bone defects. ⺠Hybrid system significantly improved bone regeneration and biomechanical function. ⺠Nanofiber mesh tube was essential to guide an integrated pattern of bone formation.
