Abstract
⺠We compare bone turnover markers in singleton pregnancy and twin pregnancy. ⺠Urinary bone resorption markers in twin are higher than those in singleton. ⺠BAP in twin pregnancy is higher than that in singleton pregnancy. ⺠High levels in twin pregnancy are observed earlier than those in singleton pregnancy.
