Abstract
⺠We investigated the rates and risk factors of osteoporotic fractures in primary care. ⺠The incidence rates of osteoporotic fractures appear higher among females and in older age strata. ⺠In an Italian primary care setting, predictors of osteoporotic fractures generally comprise those reported by the WHO-FRAX® score. ⺠Primary care data could provide an applicable prediction tool for the osteoporotic fractures occurrence.
