Abstract
⺠BMSCs isolated from the mouse model, B6.C3H-6T, had increased BMP receptor type Ia co-localization with caveolae. ⺠Decreased BMP2 signaling in BMSCs isolated from the B6.C3H-6T mice with BMP2 stimulation. ⺠Disruption of caveolae in BMSCs isolated from the B6.C3H-6T mice induced BMP2 signaling in the absence of BMP2.
