Abstract

âº We examined placental PHLDA2 expression in 102 pregnancies. âº Identified negative correlation between placental PHLDA2 and fetal femur growth. âº Identified negative correlation between placental PHLDA2 and bone density at 4Â years. âº Placental PHLDA2 may provide a biomarker for suboptimal skeletal growth.
