Abstract
► We assessed effects of estrogen on osteoprogenitor cells/bone regulatory factors. ► Estrogen decreased proliferation genes and increased adhesion molecule genes. ► Estrogen also reduced peripheral blood and bone marrow plasma sclerostin levels.
