Abstract
												⺠Bisphosphonates are inhibitors of osteoclast-mediated bone resorption. ⺠Bisphosphonates make the bone marrow a less favorable environment for tumor growth. ⺠Bisphosphonates interfere with tumor-associated angiogenesis. ⺠Bisphosphonates improve immune surveillance against tumors.
