Abstract
⺠Early change in PINP correlated with later change in BMD during TPTD therapy. ⺠PINP&BMD monitoring identified positive responses in most patients taking TPTD. ⺠PINP&BMD monitoring identified negative responses in most patients not taking TPTD. ⺠PINP monitoring may be a useful aid for managing patients treated with TPTD.
