Abstract

âºAPRIL, BAFF, NGF, IGF I and IGF II induce osteoclast differentiation and activation. âºThe addition of osteoprotegrin revealed that the resorption was independent of RANKL. âºAPRIL, BAFF, IGF I and IGF II were expressed in giant cell tumour of bone.
