Abstract
▶ We analyzed normal development of resting EEG during school-age. ▶ After controlling for increases in PF, changes in alpha power were minor. ▶ Gender differences in power may be related to corresponding differences in PF. ▶ Absolute power measures suggest a different developmental timing for the sexes.
