Abstract
⺠The content of NK1.1+CD3â cells were declined significantly in the liver of adult IFN-γâ/â mice. ⺠LinâCD122+ NK progenitors develop normally both in liver and bone marrow in IFN-γâ/â mice. ⺠More mature CD27âCD11b+ NK cells accumulated in the liver of IFN-γâ/â mice. ⺠The phenotypes of IFN-γâ/â hepatic NK cells were altered. ⺠Accumulating of IFN-γâ/â hepatic NK1.1+CD3â cells were attenuated stimulated with Poly (I: C).
