Abstract
⺠Cyclosporin reduces persisting serum inflammatory cytokines in most of IVIG-resistant KD. ⺠Soluble IL-2R, IL-6, sTNFRII, and G-CSF levels in sera reflect disease severity. ⺠Serum sIL-2R can be a marker for the biological effects of Cyclosporin in human body in the case of KD.
