Abstract
⺠We identified new transcription factors (CEBPB & E2F6) for the regulation of IL13. ⺠Knockdown of CEBPB and E2F6 in T cells suggested an inhibitory function for IL13. ⺠Measurement in allergen-challenged T cells from patients confirmed inhibitory role.
