Abstract
⺠Anosmin-1 is an extracellular matrix protein important in the migration of olfactory neurons in embryogenesis. ⺠Our experiments demonstrate that TGF-β upregulates anosmin-1 in human ocular tissues. ⺠This finding has significance in diseases such as macular degeneration where TGF-β plays a critical role.
