Abstract
⺠Growth factors and cytokines influence migration of human keratinocytes in vitro. ⺠Members of EGF, TGF-β, FGF family, HGF, VEGF stimulate migration in scratch assay. ⺠HGF, TGF-β1 stimulate chemokinetic migration in transwell chamber assay. ⺠TGF-β1, FGF-7, FGF-2 stimulate chemotactic migration in transwell chamber assay. ⺠EGF, TGF-α, IL-1α stimulate migration on type I and type IV collagen layers.
