Abstract
⺠We genotyped 34 SNPs from four VEGF and FLT4 genes to 1120 case-control samples. ⺠SNPs in VEGFB and FLT4 genes were significantly associated with the AD phenotype. ⺠These SNPs were further investigated using 1132 independent samples. ⺠rs10085109 in the FLT4 gene was only significantly associated with the AD phenotype.
