Abstract
⺠SIRT1 is expressed in both the cytoplasm and nucleus of 3T3-L1 adipocytes. ⺠Exposure of 3T3-L1 adipocytes to TNF-α induces CD40 expression. ⺠TNF-α reduces the mRNA and protein expression of SIRT1 in adipocytes. ⺠SIRT1 regulates TNF-α-induced expression of CD40 in 3T3-L1 adipocytes via NF-κB pathway.
