Abstract
⺠Fibronectin inhibits CpG motif-dependent cytokine production in macrophages. ⺠Fibronectin does not bind to pDNA in the presence of divalent cations. ⺠Integrin α5β1 does not involved in the inhibitory effect of fibronectin. ⺠Fibronectin does not affect the cellular uptake of pDNA. ⺠Fibronectin and pDNA are colocalized in the same intracellular compartment.
