Abstract

âº CCL2/CCR2 stimulates cell migration via PKC and the phosphorylation of paxillin. âº High level of CCL2 is observed in high-grade bladder cancer cells. âº Blocking CCL2/CCR2 pathway decreases migration in high-grade bladder cancer cells.
