Abstract
⺠In this article we examine the receptor binding of all IFN-alpha subtypes. ⺠Antiviral and antiproliferative activity of all these IFN-alpha subtypes are also examined. ⺠In general there is a reasonable correlation of binding and activity. ⺠There are some notable exceptions to the binding/activity correlation.
