Abstract
⺠Leptin and adiponectin receptor expressions in CML pathogenesis are studied. ⺠All leptin receptors were downregulated in CML pathogenesis. ⺠While AdipoR1 expression increased in CML patients, AdipoR2 decreased. ⺠Adiponectin receptors could have different functions in CML development. ⺠Imatinib therapy did not affect the expression of leptin and adiponectin receptors.
