Abstract
⺠IFNγ down regulates phagocytosis by FcγR without modifying early signaling events. ⺠IFNγ induces higher basal F-actin levels by a mechanism that involves PI3K. ⺠IFNγ activates Rac1 but not Cdc42. ⺠After IFNγ treatment, F-actin levels are not modified by FcγR or CCL5 stimulation. ⺠Higher basal F-actin levels compromises cell responses to additional stimulation.
