Abstract
⺠Captopril and losartan showed beneficial effects against MI/R-induced cardiac injury. ⺠Our cardioprotective findings were confirmed by TTC staining method and hemodynamic parameters. ⺠The cardioprotective mechanism was discussed in the view of angiotensin receptors (AT1 and AT2). ⺠AT2 receptor agonists could be a function for prevention from MI/R injury.
