Abstract
⺠Method to obtain milligram quantities of chemokines with C-terminal modifications. ⺠We couple fluorescent dyes or biotin to chemokines in vitro. ⺠Labeled chemokines show wild-type function. ⺠Chemokines can be used in a variety of biochemical and biophysical studies.
