Abstract
⺠Yellowtail CCK-1R cDNA was cloned. ⺠High expression levels of CCK-1R mRNA was observed in digestive tracts. ⺠CCK-1R, CCK and digestive enzymes mRNA levels increased after feeding. ⺠CCK-1R and digestive enzymes increased by addition of CCK in vitro experiment. ⺠CCK-1R plays an important role in digestion stimulated by CCK in yellowtail.
