Abstract
⺠Endocrine disruption effects of ATZ in peripubertal male mice were investigated. ⺠ATZ decreases the body weight and increases the relative testis weight. ⺠ATZ affects the serum androgen-estrogen homeostasis and increases aromatase activity. ⺠ATZ decreases the transcription of steroidogenic genes significantly. ⺠Decreasing of steroidogenic genes expression might be an explanation for ATZ induced endocrine disruption.
