Abstract
⺠17,20βP plasma levels were higher at 5 °C than at 10 °C in female Arctic charr. ⺠Unusually elevated temperatures inhibit ovulation. ⺠LH induced oocyte maturation less efficiently at 10 °C than at 5 °C. ⺠Elevated temperatures also reduced the responsiveness of oocytes to 17,20βP.
