Abstract
⺠We develop an orchid oligomicroarray containing 14,732 unigenes. ⺠We compare transcriptomes among different types of orchid perianth. ⺠Labellum-dominant unigenes are majorly involved in energy metabolism. ⺠MADS, ARF, and C3H transcription factors are dominantly expressed in labellum.
