Abstract
⺠The full-length cDNA of CD4 in Chinese goose was cloned and identified for the first time. ⺠Tissue distribution of goose CD4 mRNA was assessed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. ⺠Expression of CD4 mRNA in the immune-related tissues of adult goose and gosling. ⺠Effect of NGVEV infection on CD4 mRNA levels in the immune-related tissues.
