Abstract
⺠Two potential functional tagSNPs of ERCC4 were investigated in Chinese population. ⺠ERCC4 rs6498486 may be associated with a reduced atrophic gastritis risk. ⺠ERCC4 rs254942 was also associated with atrophic gastritis risk. ⺠H. pylori infection may enhance ERCC4 genetic effects. ⺠ERCC4 polymorphisms may be implicated in gastric carcinogenesis process.
