Abstract
⺠We analyzed the transcripts of human prostate cell using the tiling DNA microarray. ⺠We defined 17 zones containing novel regions from our tiling array data. ⺠We obtained the full length of the novel gene by RT-PCR and RACE of the zones. ⺠The sequence of the novel gene showed high homology with genes in other species.
