Abstract
⺠We found a decrease in Calpain-10 mRNA expression in obese children. ⺠Lowered Calpain-10 mRNA expression was associated to SNP-44 and InDel-19 homozygous. ⺠Metabolic alterations were associated to SNP-44 and InDel-19 homozygosity in obesity.
