Abstract
⺠We investigated the association between polymorphisms of HSP70 and cerebral ischemia. ⺠Genotypes of +190CG and +2437TT were closely related with cerebral ischemia. ⺠No significant difference in allele or genotype frequencies of +1267A/G were observed. ⺠Interaction between hypertension and HSP70 variants increase cerebral ischemic risk.
