Abstract
⺠In silico analysis revealed an Akt1 as a putative upstream regulator of Hox genes. ⺠The 5ⲠHoxc genes including ncRNA were upregulated in Akt1 null MEF cells. ⺠The CpG island of a 5ⲠHoxc gene was hypomethylated in Akt1 null cells.
