Abstract
⺠We extracted miRNA-mRNA interaction network from microarray data of CRC patients. ⺠TSK-type recurrent neural fuzzy network(TRNFN) was used to identify the interactions. ⺠TRNFN showed good performance in recovering known miRNA-mRNA associations. ⺠The approach proved successful in identifying 17 validated cancer related miRNAs. ⺠Focusing such miRNAs aids the development of new miRNA based anti-cancer therapies.
