Abstract
⺠PTP4A3-siRNA inhibits PTP4A3 expression in lung cancer H1299 cells. ⺠PTP4A3 siRNA promotes apoptosis of lung cancer cells. ⺠PTP4A3 gene was correlated with lung cancer cell cycle distribution. ⺠PTP4A3 plays an important role in the proliferation of lung cancer cells.
