Abstract

âº The relation between diamides treatment and insect RyR mRNA expression was studied. âº The qRT-PCR showed that diamides could increase the Px-RyR expression abundance. âº The higher the diamide concentration, the higher expression of the Px-RyR mRNA. âº After removed from diamides, the Px-RyR expression slightly decreased.
