Abstract

âº The full-length cDNA of nanos1 homologue in A.sinensis was isolated firstly. âº The expression patterns of Asnanos1 mRNAs and proteins were examined in tissues. âº AsNanos1s were localized in the cytoplasm of primary oocytes and spermatocytes.
